Employment Full Time
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately scan goods, collect payments, and provide change or receipts.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Cash Management: Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, ensuring accuracy.
  • Merchandise Handling: Bag, box, or wrap items safely.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and tidy.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on promotions, coupons, and pricing.


Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with cash registers, scanners, and POS systems.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math to count money and calculate change.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 25 pounds.
