Role Description This is a part-time remote role for the position of Director of Projects at Women In Energy (WIN). The Director of Projects will oversee and manage key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities include designing project strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. Additionally, the role involves reporting on project outcomes, managing budgets, and analyzing project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications Strong project management experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and communication skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on achieving measurable outcomes. Ability to manage budgets and ensure resource optimization. Experience in team management, leadership, and empowering team members. Knowledge or experience in the energy sector is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Portuguese is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Energy, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
