CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB :




To purchase depot requirements for, workshop, office, canteen, villa, verify the quality, quantity of received products with designated personnel, by holding float cash and maintaining invoices, quotations and necessary documents and perform entry level purchasing work in assigned commodity classification. Work involves preparation and processing of purchasing documents.




 ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALCATION ESSENTIAIFIL:




2nd. Level of education. Speaks, reads and writes Arabic and/or English. Skill to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely. Skill to coordinate with other staff, departments, officials, agencies, and suppliers. Skill in the use of computer and related equipment in a stand-alone or local area network environment. Basic numerical skills. Health and robust who can lift and carry under 24 Kg. Driving license. DESIRABLE: 2nd. Level of education. Knows the territory 3. Skill to prepare and maintain records and files in automated system.




PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL: 2 years work experience in store management. (Spare parts of machines & building materials) DESIRABLE: Minimum 3 years experience in store management of spare parts of machines and building materials.
