About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will leverage your engineering background and strong sales skills to promote and sell our manufacturing solutions. You will act as the technical liaison between our engineering department and customers, ensuring that our products meet client requirements and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the manufacturing sector within Jeddah and surrounding regions

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at manufacturing facilities

Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions to customer specifications

Prepare and deliver accurate proposals, quotations, and sales contracts

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Report market feedback and competitor activity to inform product development

Skills

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

2–3 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the manufacturing industry

Proven non-technical sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and presentation

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

Ability to travel locally to customer sites as needed


Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with CAD software or other engineering tools

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce

Prior exposure to process automation or industrial control systems

Additional language proficiency (e.g., Urdu or Tagalog)

Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical sales role
