IT Senior Account Manager (BFSI) – Dubai
Responsibilities Achieve and exceed revenue targets while driving growth within assigned accounts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across assigned customer accounts. Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts while supporting new business development where required. Manage the full sales cycle, including understanding customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, and supporting the procurement and deal closure process. Maintain a strong understanding of the customer’s organizational structure, decision-making processes, procurement cycles, and evaluation criteria. Stay informed about the customer’s industry, including key trends, business initiatives, and challenges. Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and conduct commercial discussions when required. Take ownership of opportunities within assigned accounts and ensure consistent follow-up through to closure. Collaborate with vendor sales teams and internal technical teams to deliver the most suitable solutions for customers. Position the organization as a trusted partner within the assigned customer base. Support customer satisfaction objectives by ensuring strong relationship management and service delivery. Develop customer references and success stories to support further business growth. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful deal execution. Maintain accurate account plans and consistently build a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly targets. Organize customer meetings, workshops, and enablement sessions to keep clients informed about new solutions and services. Identify key stakeholders within each opportunity, including the economic buyer, decision criteria, decision process, and internal champions.
Qualifications8-10 years of experience in selling IT solutions to BFSI clients in Dubai & Northern Emirates Strong understanding of IT solutions and how they address customer business needs. Proven experience in consultative and solution-based sales. Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and manage strategic accounts effectively. Good knowledge of industry trends and the overall IT solutions landscape. Demonstrated experience in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and presenting value propositions to senior stakeholders. Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, including infrastructure services, digital transformation, managed services, networking, and cybersecurity. Experience in selling software licenses and associated services. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to identify challenges and propose creative solutions to meet customer needs. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and sales enablement tools. Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
