The successful candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular diseases through advanced surgical techniques.

Primary Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics for patients with heart conditions to determine appropriate surgical interventions.
Execute a variety of cardiac surgical procedures, including but not limited to coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repairs, and other complex surgeries.
Collaborate effectively with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Manage preoperative patient assessments and postoperative care, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
Provide thorough education to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and recovery plans.
Participate in clinical research and continuous improvement initiatives to advance cardiac surgery practices.
Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
Completed residency training in General Surgery and fellowship training in Cardiac Surgery.
Board certification in Cardiac Surgery is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing cardiac surgeries.
Expertise in various cardiac surgical techniques and technologies.
Excellent communication and bedside manner to connect with patients effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and make rapid decisions in critical situations.
Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.
