Responsible for Optimizing the Product and achieving set Business goals on Product Portfolio and Profitability.
Manage create and oversee the product development strategy and promote key mortgage offerings/propositions.
Recognize recommend and implement new strategies for balance ENR growth.
Identify & Recommend new product developments are aligned with the customer needs, organizational resource and current strategies.
Manage the roll out and deployment of new product releases
Closely monitor pricing by competition to ensure that Mashreq offerings are competitively priced.
Design & run sales camping/booster and promotions to ensure the set business objective as achieved
Develop requirements specifications for new feature and products
Work closely with the policy and legal team to develop &/ or update product programs
Develop training materials & train the front and sales team.
Manage 3rd party vendors and service providers for mortgages as required.
Provide subject matter expertise to support the sales team/ channels
Establish product-lending parameters, validate existing parameters, ensure these parameters fall within the purview of the mortgage regulation by central bank.
Flag, track and measure the effect of policy changes, and analyze and react to changes in the behavior of the various segment and sub-segments of the portfolio.
Actively collaborate with all the relevant stakeholders including business, sales, credit and risk to profitably grow the portfolio
Establish processes to ensure robust workflow and simultaneously build checks balances for fraud prevention and (operational) risk management
Set SLAs/TATs with support functions for processing transactions and build monitoring of these SLAs and TATs.
Intense engagement with the digital squad to build journeys for onboarding and mortgage servicing
Provide regular feedback to Business manager, policy and compliance
Increase sales to achieve targeted numbers for sales and revenue across the entire product range
Initiate & implement end to end customers experience process for affluent the segment increasing penetration and overall profitability
