The project:

Mace is providing client-side secondment consultants and PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments inclusive of significant infrastructure. The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement, and delivery.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Manage MEP construction delivery to achieve programme, budget, safety, and quality outcomes.
• Lead teams with accountability for compliance, governance, assurance, and profitable project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, trade contractors, and stakeholders to drive success.
• Oversee programme, health, safety, wellbeing, quality, and commissioning, ensuring alignment with Mace standards.
• Deploy strategic initiatives including prefabrication, commissioning, and digital technologies to optimise productivity and coordination.
• Implement delivery strategies, programmes, and quality assurance processes, ensuring milestones, logistics, and sequencing are achieved.

You’ll need to have:

• Minimum 15 years of experience with 5+ in the UAE working on large scale MEP packages
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes, planning techniques, and construction sequencing for successful delivery.
• Strong technical expertise in building services engineering, installation, testing, prefabrication, and commissioning practices.
• Proven commercial acumen with experience in stakeholder management, quality assurance, and health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
• Degree in Engineering/Construction, supported by professional certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, PMP or equivalent).
