🧠 WHAT YOU'LL BUILDYou own both ends of the stack. Backend APIs that process data from half a million contributors. React interfaces that internal teams and clients actually use. Postgre SQL schemas that scale. Async pipelines that handle audio, image, and video at volume. You don't wait for someone to spec things out. You identify the problem, design the solution, and ship it.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 3+ years of professional full stack engineering experience in production environments • Python and Fast API — production APIs, not hobby projects • React — real products used by real users, not demos • Postgre SQL — query optimization, indexing, partitioning, schema design at scale • SQL fluency — you write complex queries, you spot slow ones, you fix them • Background task processing (Celery, RQ, SQS, or equivalent) • Docker, S3-compatible storage, REST API design principles
Beyond the stack: you ship. You own outcomes.
