Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong digital marketing background to lead our marketing initiatives in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) sector. The ideal candidate will have experience driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and digital campaigns, while aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns to drive footfall, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
- Monitor, report, and optimize marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners as needed.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) or related industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing including social media, content creation, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
