As a Business Analyst for the ERP HR and Finance OPEX initiative, you will serve as the interface between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams for our cleint, a premier global airline. Your mission is to optimize and evolve the airline's Oracle ERP ecosystem, ensuring that HR and Finance modules are perfectly aligned with operational excellence (OPEX) goals. You will translate complex business needs into high-quality functional solutions that drive efficiency within a multi-billion dollar enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Engineering: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for Oracle EBS/Fusion enhancements.
Functional Oversight: Apply in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS or Fusion modules (HR/Finance) to design optimal "to-be" processes and ensure system configurations meet business objectives.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Define comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure solution robustness before production deployment.
Defect & Change Management: Analyze system defects, coordinate resolution efforts with technical development teams, and manage the impact of functional changes.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business owners in HR and Finance, managing expectations and providing clear, data-driven updates on project progress.
Continuous Improvement: Provide post-go-live support and identify opportunities for further system optimization and process automation.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst specializing in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Functional Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one core Oracle ERP domain (Financials or HCM/HR).
Documentation Mastery: Exceptional skills in requirement analysis, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and functional design mapping.
Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities, with the poise to operate in a multicultural, high-pressure corporate environment.
Analytical Mindset: Proactive problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a "detail-oriented" approach to system troubleshooting.
Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern ERP implementation methodologies.
