Role Description This is a, on-site Patient Coordinator role based in Al Garhoud - Dubai. The Patient Coordinator rol einvolves greeting patients, and handling inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. The role involves ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating information between patients and clinic staff.
Assist patients with registration, documentation, and inquiries Ensure effective communication between patients, doctors, and clinic staff Handle appointment confirmations, and follow-ups Maintain accurate patient records and update systems regularly Support front desk operations and ensure a welcoming patient experience Promote clinic services and support cross-selling of dental and aesthetic treatments where appropriate
Qualifications Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) UAEN preferred Previous experience in dental, aesthetics, healthcare, or customer service roles is an advantage.
