About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines user research, interaction design, and visual design skills to craft seamless user journeys. Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing platforms (web & mobile) is highly preferred. Exposure to the travel or airline industry is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the UX design process from user research, requirement gathering, wireframes, prototypes, to final UI handoff. Conduct stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and gather insights to drive design decisions. Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive flows and user journeys. Build high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma (mandatory). Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth design-to-development execution. Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX/UI guidelines. Analyze performance of features post-launch and iterate based on user data and usability findings. Advocate for UX best practices and lead brainstorming/ideation workshops.
Must have skills & capabilities
5+ years of hands-on experience in UX design (web and mobile). Strong command of Figma (design systems, auto layout, prototyping, components). Excellent understanding of information architecture, interaction design, user flows, and responsive design principles. Experience with user research techniques — interviews, persona building, heuristic evaluation, usability testing. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity. Ability to communicate design rationale clearly with stakeholders and developers. Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to analyze UX performance.
Good to have (Preferred but not mandatory)
Experience designing for travel/airline/e-commerce platforms. Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and UX writing basics. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React basics) to collaborate better with tech teams. Experience working in agile/sprint-based environments.
