Job Purpose

Develop and deliver business intelligence dashboards and data visualizations that support licensing systems and digital solutions. Translate approved technical requirements into interactive insights. Enable data-driven decision-making through unified, user-focused reporting aligned with Authority frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy

• Support business intelligence direction by translating approved digital and system requirements into analytical dashboards.

• Align reporting and visualization outputs with approved target architecture and technical frameworks.

• Contribute analytical inputs to data-driven decision-making initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Support the development of long-term BI roadmaps by identifying analytics opportunities and gaps in current reporting capabilities.

• Participate in strategic planning discussions to ensure BI solutions support organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

• Promote a data driven culture by advocating best practices in analytics, visualization, and data governance.

Operations

• Own certified datasets/semantic models and KPI definitions (metric dictionary), ensuring consistency across licensing dashboards.

• Design and implement data models and reporting structures based on approved specifications and requirements.

• Coordinate with system owners to ensure accurate data sourcing from licensing systems and APIs.

• Support preparation of technical specifications related to business intelligence and reporting components.

• Ensure dashboards and reports align with system designs, data structures, and approved technical standards.

• Conduct data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of dashboards and reports.

• Maintain and optimize existing BI solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.

• Document data models, report logic, and BI processes to ensure transparency and maintainability.

• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, including data privacy, security, and classification standards.

• Collaborate with data stewards and IT teams to maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and master data consistency.

• Monitor data quality issues and coordinate remediation efforts with system owners and developers.

Product / Process Improvement

• Enhance interactive reporting capabilities to improve visibility, usability, and decision support.

• Support development of unified user experience across reporting and analytical interfaces.

• Define BI consumption requirements (fields, refresh frequency, quality rules, latency) while integration teams implement APIs/connectivity.

• Contribute towards innovative analytical concepts supporting licensing systems in coordination with data stakeholders.

• Conduct user research and gather requirements to enhance dashboard usability and analytical depth.

• Benchmark BI solutions against industry best practices to identify improvement opportunities.

• Continuously improve dashboard performance, structure, and clarity based on stakeholder feedback.

Physical Working Conditions

• Work is primarily office-based with participation in coordination meetings, design reviews, and user feedback sessions as required.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering

  
  

• 3+ years in case of Master's degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor's degree, 11+ years in case of Diploma)

  
  

• Preferred: Microsoft Power BI Certification, Business Intelligence Reporting Certification
