Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Graduate Engineer who is currently based in the UAE and ready to support project execution both from the office and on site. This role is open to fresh graduates or early-career engineers from Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or I&C disciplines who demonstrate a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on attitude.

The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and willing to work closely with project teams, site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients as required. This is an excellent opportunity for a young engineer who wants to build practical experience in engineering projects and is prepared to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the engineering and project team in daily technical and site-related activities.
• Assist in monitoring site progress and ensure work is being carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Prepare and maintain reports, site records, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Attend site meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings whenever required.
• Provide support in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities depending on discipline.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other engineering documents.
• Follow up on site issues and help escalate technical or execution concerns to senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
• Be available and willing to work on-site as required by project needs.

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong personality with the confidence to interact with different stakeholders on site and in the office.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to support on-site activities and work in a project-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to different engineering and site conditions.
• Good coordination, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other basic engineering software is an advantage.
