       Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from proposal stage through project execution and final handover to the customer.
  • Initiate customer engagement, negotiate new contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with company commercial policies and procedures.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in line with business objectives and internal guidelines.
  • Work closely with the installation team into ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and other key industry stakeholders to promote products and secure future opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition while strengthening long-term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Manage collections in accordance with contractual payment terms for each project.

Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical or related industry.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Familiarity with and experience working within Abu Dhabi market/areas is preferred.
