Job Purpose:


To ensure a seamless and premium vehicle handover experience for Lynk & Co customers by managing delivery documentation, coordinating logistics, and providing a comprehensive vehicle orientation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end vehicle delivery process, ensuring timely and smooth handover to customers.
  • Prepare and verify all delivery documentation including registration, insurance, and handover forms.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents and obtain required customer signatures.
  • Conduct detailed vehicle handover briefings, explaining features, controls, and technology.
  • Educate customers on vehicle usage, maintenance, warranty, and digital features.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with sales consultants, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards prior to delivery through pre-delivery inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and ensuring a premium experience.
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Collaborate with service teams for any post-delivery requirements such as accessories or updates.
  • Maintain records of deliveries and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in automotive delivery, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience in premium or luxury automotive brands is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of automotive features and technology
  • Ability to handle documentation and coordination efficiently
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
