Are you a meticulous Resident Engineer ready to take ownership on landmark construction projects across the UAE? We're seeking a standout professional to join a prestigious design and construction studio with a reputation for delivering exceptional schemes.

About the Role

As Resident Engineer, you will be the eyes and ears on site, ensuring construction is delivered to the highest specifications, on program, and in line with contractual obligations. You'll work closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to drive site excellence from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising day-to-day construction activities on site to ensure quality and specification compliance

• Reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals

• Liaising with the main contractor, sub-contractors, and design team

• Monitoring project progress against program and flagging any deviations

• Preparing and reviewing site inspection reports and daily records

• Supporting on snagging, defect management, and handover activities


Requirements• Masters in Architecture

• 15+ years of site supervision/resident engineering experience in the UAE or GCC

• Strong knowledge of local construction standards and building regulations

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with project management tools is advantageous

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or a related field

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing on-site challenges


Benefits• Salary: AED 30-35,000 per month
