1. Be responsible for market research, customer development and maintenance in the curtain wall field, expand domestic and overseas customers, and enhance brand influence.

2. Lead the whole process of bidding and tendering for curtain wall projects, compile bidding documents, control quotation and compliance, and improve the winning rate.

3. Conduct commercial negotiations, draft and review contracts, avoid commercial risks, and follow up contract performance.

4. Manage the commercial matters of awarded projects, be responsible for settlement, visa review and payment collection, and control project costs and profits.

5. Be willing to be assigned to work abroad and conduct foreign-related business in English as the working language.

Skills

1.Fluent in English. Candidates who are proficient in Chinese will be given priority. There are no nationality restrictions. 

2. Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Administration or any other related field. 

3. With over 10 years of commercial experience in the curtain wall industry and over 5 years of business management experience, familiar with tendering, negotiation and contract management.
