The Role We are looking for a Mortgage Operations Lead who is equal parts mortgage expert, relationship builder, and operational powerhouse. You aren’t just pushing papers, you are the engine that keeps our referral ecosystem running.
In this role, you will be the critical bridge between our referral agents and our banking partners. You will own the operational pipeline, ensure agents are activated and engaged, and aggressively unblock any bottlenecks with banks to get mortgages approved fast.
If you have a strict "Get Stuff Done" (GSD) attitude, a highly entrepreneurial mindset, and deep knowledge of the UAE mortgage process, this is your playground.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
● Agent Activation & Success: Onboard new real estate agents onto the RIVO platform. Train them, keep them engaged, and drive active mortgage referrals. You are their go-to problem solver.
● Bank Liaison & Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the mortgage pipeline. Liaise directly with bank relationship managers and credit teams to track applications, negotiate terms, and push deals across the finish line.
● Process Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end loan processing journey. Identify bottlenecks, create SOPs, and streamline operations so we can close deals faster than anyone else in the market.
● CRM & Tech Management: Act as the super-user for our internal systems. Ensure all pipeline data is meticulously updated and leverage tech to automate repetitive tasks.
● Cross-Functional Hustle: Juggle multiple priorities simultaneously. One minute you might be pitching a top-tier broker on why they should use RIVO, and the next you’re deep in the weeds of a complex credit file trying to secure an exception from a bank.
What You Bring (Requirements)
● Deep Industry Experience: Proven track record in Mortgage Sales, Mortgage Processing, or Mortgage Operations in the UAE market. You know how the local banks work, what their credit teams look for, and how to get an approval when others can't.
● Tech-Savvy & System Native: You are highly comfortable with modern PropTech and FinTech tools. You must have hands-on experience using advanced CRMs and digital loan processing systems (e.g., Huspy, Holo, or direct bank partner portals).
● Master Multitasker: You thrive in organized chaos. You can manage 50+ files, answer agent WhatsApps, and escalate bank issues simultaneously without dropping the ball.
● Entrepreneurial DNA: You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do. You see a problem, figure out a solution, and execute. You act like an owner.
● GSD Attitude: You are relentless. You don’t take "no" from a bank at face value, and you have the grit to push through roadblocks to achieve your targets.
● Communication Skills: Crystal clear communication in English (Arabic is a massive plus). You know how to tailor your tone whether you are talking to a frustrated broker, an anxious homebuyer, or a bank's credit policy manager.
