1. Build a project data management system, collect and sort out engineering data throughout the whole process of bidding and tendering, construction and acceptance, and compile bilingual data.

2. Be responsible for the submission for approval and filing of overseas project data, and dock with relevant local departments.

3. Classify and file data, do a good job in storage and loan management; transmit on-site data overseas and dock with domestic companies.

4. Complete the compilation and delivery of completion data, cooperate with data audit, accept on-site assignment overseas, and use English as the core working language.

Skills

1. Fluent in English and able to work independently, accept on-site assignment overseas.

2. College degree or above in Engineering Management, Archives Management or other related majors.

3. More than 2 years of curtain wall data management experience, with overseas experience preferred, familiar with the data submission and approval process; proficient in using office and data management software, and able to read construction drawings.

4. Rigorous and careful in work, clear logical thinking, possess data compilation and cross-cultural communication abilities, with relevant certificates preferred.
