Responsibilities:
Event Management & Coordination
- Plan, organize, and manage community events, health awareness campaigns, and public engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Monitor event budgets and timelines to meet organizational standards.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Develop and implement CSR programs aligned with SEHA’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver impactful CSR initiatives.
- Track and report on CSR activities and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Public Relations & Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and government entities.
- Support media coverage for events and CSR activities in coordination with the Communications team.
- Prepare press releases, speeches, and promotional content for community-related initiatives.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Evaluate the effectiveness of events and CSR programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on community engagement and CSR activities for management review.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event management, CSR, or community relations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Healthcare sector
