Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Private Korean Teacher. The role involves designing and delivering engaging language lessons tailored to individual or small-group needs. The teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, monitoring and assessing students' progress, and employing effective teaching methodologies. Collaboration with students to achieve their language goals and providing guidance for cultural and linguistic understanding will be key responsibilities. Regular feedback and adaptation of teaching strategies will also be part of the role.
Qualifications Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education methodology Strong Teaching and Training skills with the ability to adapt to varied learning needs Excellent Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective instruction Proven experience in language instruction, preferably in Korean Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds Fluency in both Korean and English is required Experience living or working in a Korean-speaking environment is a plus Ability to teach a Korean speaking student English
