Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain high standards in food and beverage quality. Key responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing feedback, facilitating team communication, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive dining experiences Effective Communication skills to manage teams and maintain clear interactions with staff and customers Experience in Hiring and team management to build and lead a successful restaurant team Knowledge of Food & Beverage best practices and standards to maintain quality offerings Proficiency in managing remote operations and digital management tools Problem-solving skills and experience handling customer inquiries or concerns Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus
