About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to transform complex data into actionable insights, drive business decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau

Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data

Automate data pipelines and analytics workflows with Python

Perform ad-hoc data analysis and present findings to business stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide data-driven recommendations

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards

Skills

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

4–6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence

Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation

Advanced experience with Python for data manipulation and scripting

Strong skills in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization

Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline

Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-based analytics services

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling

Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts

Certifications in data analytics, BI, or cloud technologies

Domain experience in finance, retail, or telecommunications
