About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Manager & Supplier

Coordination Specialist to support our growing online operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders from our WooCommerce platform, coordinating with suppliers via WhatsApp, ensuring smooth order

processing, and verifying that all required media assets (photos and videos) are correctly linked to each order. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is comfortable working with multiple digital tools and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Retrieve and review incoming orders from WooCommerce
• Verify order details, including products, quantities, and specifications
• Assign the appropriate supplier for each order

Supplier Coordination

• Communicate order details to suppliers via WhatsApp in a clear and professional manner
• Share accurate information and all necessary files
• Ensure suppliers acknowledge and confirm receipt of orders
• Proactively follow up to ensure timely processing

Order Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor order progress from initiation to completion
• Update order statuses in WooCommerce in a timely manner
• Identify, escalate, and report any issues or delays promptly

Supplier Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of orders assigned to each supplier
• Update tracking sheets and internal reporting tools regularly
• Provide real-time insights on supplier activity and workload distribution

Media Verification (Photos & Videos)

• Ensure all required photos and videos are available and properly linked to each order
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of media files
• Report any missing or incorrect assets immediately
