Job Summary:A leading provider of heating, cooling, and solar energy solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive direct industrial sales across the UAE market. The role focuses on developing business with factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and commercial end-users.
Key Responsibilities:Drive new business and achieve sales targets for heating, cooling, and solar solutions Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with industrial and commercial clients Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and propose suitable solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial accounts Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for accurate system selection and execution Ensure compliance with company sales processes and professional standards Handle documentation including manuals, warranties, and project-related details Share project specifications with service teams prior to project handover
Requirements:4–5 years of UAE experience in B2B / industrial technical sales Background in HVAC, boilers, chillers, calorifiers, heat pumps, solar systems, or industrial equipment Proven experience selling directly to factories, warehouses, cold storage, or industrial facilities Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Strong technical knowledge of heating and hot water systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
