We are looking for an experienced and professional Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of all UAE branches. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth branch operations, maintain high service and quality standards, and support business growth and operational efficiency.
Position: Operations Manager (for all UAE branches) - 1post Salary: AED 25,000 (Full Package) Weekly Off: 1 day
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations across all bakery branches in the UAE• Supervise branch managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and quality standards• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance evaluations• Manage staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning• Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordinate with suppliers• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally• Support new branch openings and business expansion• Prepare operational reports and improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Operations Management (Bakery, Restaurant, or Hospitality preferred)• Strong leadership and team management skills• Experience managing multiple branches is an advantage• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges• UAE experience is preferred
