Maven is seeking a qualified Technical Office Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in structural strengthening, concrete repair, and waterproofing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in estimation, shop drawings, and technical submittals, with the ability to support project execution efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities Prepare and review technical submittals in accordance with project specifications and consultant requirements. Develop and coordinate shop drawings for structural strengthening, concrete repair, and waterproofing works. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimation for materials, labor, and subcontracted works. Study project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure full technical compliance. Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project managers to ensure proper execution of works. Follow up on submittal approvals and provide technical support during project execution. Prepare method statements and other technical documentation as required. Assist in evaluating variations, claims, and project changes from a technical and commercial perspective. Ensure all submitted materials and drawings meet quality standards and project requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in technical office works. Proven experience in structural strengthening, concrete repair, and waterproofing projects. Strong knowledge of estimation, shop drawing preparation, and technical submittals. Good command of Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with construction standards, specifications, and approval procedures. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
