We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector and be familiar with government portals and documentation related to property sales and leasing.
Skills
- Handle DLD (Dubai Land Department) transactions and registrations
- Manage Oqoodi registrations and updates
- Process RERA-related documentation and compliance
- Handle Ejari registration, renewal, and cancellation
- Coordinate Escrow account documentation and follow-ups
- Manage Trakheesi permit applications and renewals
- Prepare and process SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) registrations in DLD
- Assist with property leasing documentation and tenant file management
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, and government authorities
- Maintain and update property files, contracts, and company records
- Assist in preparing forms, letters, and real estate documentation
- Ensure proper record keeping for sales and leasing transactions
- Support the team with administrative and office coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of DLD, Oqoodi, RERA, Ejari, Escrow, and Trakheesi systems
- Experience in SPA registrations and leasing processes
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience working with a real estate developer or brokerage in Dubai
- Familiarity with Dubai property regulations and documentation procedures
