MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo develop, implement, monitor, and continuously optimise the aircraft Maintenance Programme to ensure regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and cost-effective maintenance planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitors maintenance programmes associated with the flydubai fleet to ensure they are managed and developed in accordance with the requirements of the current GCAA regulations.
- Ensures that the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) is controlled, managed, developed and implemented as required by the continuous airworthiness requirements of the regulator, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and flydubai reliability programme.
- Evaluates the AMP to ensure it is maintained in an optimised condition to support flydubai operations.
- Reviews ageing aircraft maintenance recommendations and ensures their effective implementation in the AMP.
- Communicates and provides guidance on task packaging to ensure that the maintenance planned optimizes aircraft availability to support the operational flying programme enabling efficient and cost-effective planning of maintenance tasks.
- Liaises with Reliability to monitor the effectiveness of maintenance programme.
- Ensures effective taskcard management associated with the AMP is applied in accordance with approved procedures.
- Ensures the coordination of regular meetings required for the management of the AMP with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitors AMP alignment with respect to the phase-in and phase-out of aircraft and assist in the development of associated workscopes during the delivery and lease return process.
- Develops procedures associated with the management of the AMP.
- Acts as the main focal in Liaising with the regulator as required for the management of the approval of the AMP.
- Acts as the main focal from flydubai at manufacturer’s industry steering meetings in respect to the management and development of the AMP.
- Provides out of hours support when requested ensuring safe, punctual, efficient and cost-effective operation of the fleet.
- Supports the closure of occurrence reports and audit findings related to maintenance programme in line with approved processes.
- Ensures updates on all Technical Assistance Queries assigned to maintenance programme in AMOS.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering required
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Programme & Reliability.
- Working knowledge of AMOS
- Years with qualifications: 7 - 9 years

ISR REQUIREMENTSReads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
