Manager - Enterprise Risk Management | Emirati Talent | Majid Al Futtaim Holding | Finance
ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Enterprise Risk Management supports execution of the ERM framework across business units through risk assessments, monitoring, KRIs, and reporting. The role works closely with stakeholders to maintain risk registers, support governance forums, track risk appetite breaches, and deliver accurate, timely enterprise risk insights while strengthening risk culture.
ROLE PROFILE
- Execute ERM framework, policies, and tools across assigned business units
- Coordinate and maintain enterprise risk registers with risk champions
- Conduct risk workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews
- Assess control effectiveness and support incident root-cause analysis
- Monitor KRIs, risk appetite indicators, and mitigation progress
- Prepare dashboards and materials for risk committees
- Maintain ERM tools, databases, and reporting accuracy
- Support risk culture initiatives and coach junior analysts
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years’ experience in ERM, internal audit, compliance, or risk analytics
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, and governance
- Experience with KRIs, dashboards, and enterprise risk reporting
- Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Certifications (IRM, CRMA, CIA, PMP, CFE) advantageous but not mandatory
