Role Description This is a part-time hybrid Systems Administrator role based in Dubai, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, managing system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal uptime. Responsibilities also include providing network administration, offering technical support, and helping to enforce IT best practices for security and efficiency.
Qualifications Proficiency in System Administration and managing server environments Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to address system issues effectively Experience in Network Administration and maintaining secure and dependable networks Knowledge of current Information Technology trends, tools, and best practices Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced or digital-first environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred Certifications such as Comp TIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are an advantage
