Job Description
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Assist in managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Additional Information
- (1) years minimum experience in a similar role in four- or five-star hotel
- UAE/GCC local market experience
