Role Description
TI DE SALTO is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a part-time, remote role. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant. Primary tasks include managing customer satisfaction, ensuring high-quality customer service, recruiting and hiring team members, coordinating with staff, and providing operational support for food and beverage services. This role requires a strong focus on maintaining service standards and fostering a positive dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create a welcoming and positive experience for guests. Experience in Hiring and staff management for building and maintaining an efficient team. Strong Communication skills for effective leadership and collaboration with team members and customers. Knowledge of Food & Beverage services to uphold quality and operational standards. Ability to manage remote operations effectively. Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus. Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and team needs.
