Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Head Teacher role based in Al-Ain. The Assistant Head Teacher (Primary) will collaborate with the school leadership team to oversee the development and implementation of effective curriculum plans, support teachers in delivering high-quality pedagogy, and ensure that educational standards are met. Responsibilities include monitoring academic performance, providing guidance to staff, fostering communication between stakeholders, and cultivating a positive learning environment that promotes student success.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Curriculum Development, Pedagogy, and effective teaching methods Proven expertise in Educational Leadership and implementing school policies Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and parents Background in Education and understanding of school operations Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Experience in an international or diverse educational setting is an advantage Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and motivating educational environment


Qualifications:

-UK Recognised teaching certificate with QTS-Experience working in the UK-NPQSL/NPQH
