Position Overview

This role is ideal for a dynamic early- to mid-career professional who is ambitious, energetic, and ready to grow within an international trading environment.

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the General Manager and play a central coordinating role across projects, customers, suppliers, and international operations.

This is a hands-on position requiring flexibility, mobility, and strong ownership of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the GM’s calendar, meetings, and international travel arrangements

• Coordinate and monitor projects across multiple countries

• Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely execution

• Support preparation of contracts, documentation, and reports

• Assist with logistics coordination and shipment follow-ups
• Identify and evaluate relevant international trade exhibitions and industry events, manage registrations and participation logistics, and represent the company at selected expos when required

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Travel when required (international travel readiness essential)

Candidate Requirements

• University degree (Business, International Trade, Economics, or related field preferred)

• Based in Dubai

• Passport ready and fully flexible for international business trips when required

• Strong written and spoken English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

• High cultural awareness and comfort working across European, Chinese, African, and Middle Eastern markets

• Solid understanding of UAE systems and operational procedures (banking, documentation, local administration)

Employment Terms

• Full-time position

• 3-month paid probation period

• Competitive salary: 8,000 - 11,000 AED per month (based on experience and with a review after probation)
