Job description
• Plan, organize, and lead guided tours of the equestrian premises, including arenas, stables, retail areas, cafés, and educational facilities.
• Engage visitors with informative, accurate, and captivating narratives about equestrian history, programs, safety, and operations.
• Coordinate visitor engagement programs, including school field trips, public events, VIP tours, and educational workshops.
• Ensure all tour and engagement activities are conducted in accordance with safety protocols and institutional guidelines.
• Develop and maintain tour scripts, visual aids, and presentation materials to ensure consistent and professional visitor experience.
• Liaise with internal departments (HR, operations, facilities, retail, and events) to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
• Collect feedback from guests and stakeholders to assess visitor satisfaction and implement service improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding tours, events, and general information about the facility.
• Maintain detailed records of tour schedules, attendance, visitor feedback, and incident reports.
• Support the marketing team with guest engagement content, social media coverage, and visitor testimonials.
• Represent the organization as an ambassador, upholding brand values, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.
• Train and supervise junior guides or volunteers involved in visitor engagement activities.
• Ensure all public areas, signage, and engagement materials are kept in excellent condition and presentation ready.
• Monitor and report on trends in guest interests to suggest new engagement activities or tour features.
