Job description

  • Relevant engineering degree (Civil or equivalent).
  • Proven track record with reputable contractors or consultants in the UAE/Dubai market.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Engineer in road infrastructure projects within Dubai.
  • In depth knowledge of Dubai NOC (No Objection Certificate) approval processes (from RTA, DEWA, Du, Etisalat, DM, etc.), good experience for water with Scada and Shutdown ，NDRC, Stormwater, Etisalat and Road Works.
  • Preferred additional qualifications:
  • Experience preparing technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
  • Familiarity with Dubai's local road design criteria and permit coordination.
  • Strong liaison skills with government authorities to expedite approvals.
