About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer based in Dammam to drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions. You will bridge the gap between clients and our product teams, leveraging your strong non-technical sales skills and technical aptitude to close deals in the industrial and energy sectors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to meet sales targets
Provide ongoing after-sales support and technical guidance to customers
Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM, and report on performance forecasts
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations
Skills
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in industrial or technology sectors
Strong non-technical sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and communicate benefits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
Valid Saudi driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience selling into oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industries
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Existing relationships and network within the Eastern Province industrial market
Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger)
Arabic nationality or Iqama holder in Saudi Arabia
