Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Sales Manager based in Dubai. The Showroom Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and lead the showroom sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, implementing effective sales strategies, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring the showroom meets quality standards. The role also requires building strong relationships with customers and addressing their needs to provide a superior purchasing experience.
Qualifications Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships Experience in managing Showrooms and leading teams in a dynamic retail environment Proven organizational and leadership capabilities Ability to develop and execute sales strategies Knowledge of luxury or jewelry retail is an advantage Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus A degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field is preferred

Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience in jewellery (UAE experience strongly preferred)
