We are a multi-disciplinary private Intervention & Therapy Centre dedicated to providing comprehensive services for children with Special Needs, Developmental Delays, and Learning Challenges. We offer Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Educational Programs, and various support services for families, schools, and communities. Our team is equipped to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions in a nurturing environment, fully licensed under the Dubai Health Authority.

Job Spec

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance communication skills.
• Provide 1:1 and group therapy sessions, facilitating learning in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to create comprehensive support systems.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach and provide workshops for teachers and caregivers.
• Utilize sensory rooms and therapeutic equipment effectively during sessions.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or relevant field.
• Valid license to practice Speech and Language Therapy in the UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in speech and language therapy with children.
• Up to 11 years of relevant experience will be considered advantageous.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
