Pure Home Real Estate is seeking a professional and presentable Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle office email and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage courier deliveries and outgoing correspondence.
- Support the sales and HR team when required.

Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
