ABOUT THE ROLE
I'm the founder of a fast-growing podcast and creator content agency. We work with some of the biggest podcasters, creators and entrepreneurs globally - including founders of nine-figure brands and best-selling podcasters. The business is growing fast and I need a full-time Personal Assistant based in Abu Dhabi to help me stay organised, responsive, and on top of the hundred things happening at once.
This is a proper in-person role. You'd be working from my home office in Abu Dhabi, Monday to Friday, standard business hours. The setup is a dedicated home workspace - not a communal area - and hours are always normal working hours.

WHAT YOU'D DO DAY TO DAY
• Run my daily priorities - take my task list each morning and organise it into what gets done first, second, third
• Manage my calendar — book meetings, protect deep-work time, say no on my behalf where needed
• Triage my email — flag what's urgent, draft replies for routine emails, send responses where appropriate
• WhatsApp triage — a lot of business runs through WhatsApp, you'd help me stay on top of it
• Take notes on my calls and send the action items to the relevant people afterwards
• Follow-up discipline — track every “I'll get back to you” I make and make sure it actually happens
• Support the hiring process — review incoming CVs against role specs, schedule interviews, take interview notes, prepare offer and contract paperwork for me to review and sign
• Support team operations — send out contracts I've approved, onboard new team members (access setup, welcome packs), coordinate with our accountant on invoices and expenses
• Document organisation — keep client contracts, team contracts, signed documents all clean and searchable
• Travel booking — flights, hotels, restaurants, visas when I'm travelling (which is often — Dubai, London, Greece, etc.)
• Meeting prep — pull together one-pagers before client calls so I walk in informed
• Expense tracking — receipts to accountant monthly, light bookkeeping support

WHO YOU ARE
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role — ideally 2+ years
• Fluent written and spoken English (essential — you'll be drafting emails on my behalf)
• Highly organised — you enjoy making order out of chaos
• Discreet and trustworthy — you'll see confidential business information, team salaries, and commercial contracts
• Proactive — you flag things before I notice them, not after
• Fast on email and WhatsApp — same-day response expected during working hours
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive), Slack, WhatsApp
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate at your own cost
• UAE residency valid for the role duration

WHAT YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
To keep expectations clear: you are not responsible for making final hiring or firing decisions, conducting first-round interviews alone, or running performance reviews independently. Those remain with me and the operations manager. Your role is to support and prepare — not to own those decisions.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
• Full-time, in-person, Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 6pm Abu Dhabi time (with reasonable flex)
• Location: in-person in Abu Dhabi u2014 split between my apartment and nearby coffee shops
