Position Title: Retail Merchandiser

About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
• Plan and manage seasonal merchandise assortments for retail stores and online channels.
• Collaborate with design, buying, and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize product mix.
• Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support in pricing strategy, markdown planning, and inventory optimization. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion retail or apparel merchandising (preferably in the UAE/Gulf region)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, POS, and ERP systems, with strong experience in assortment planning and inventory management
