We are supporting a confidential Abu Dhabi-based organization seeking an Accountant to support head office finance operations. This role suits a hands-on finance professional with strong bookkeeping, reconciliation, and accounts payable experience in a structured environment. Key responsibilities include: • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, journals, and reconciliations • Manage AP processing, vendor statement reconciliation, and payment support • Handle petty cash, expenses, accruals, prepayments, and month-end support • Support intercompany accounting, reporting schedules, and audit documentation

To be considered, applicants should bring: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce • Around 4+ years of accounting experience • Hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, vendor management, and petty cash • Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems This is suited to candidates who enjoy structured, high-accountability environments and can operate with discretion, pace, and strong control discipline.
