Position: Project Manager – Structural & Specialized Construction Location: Dubai, UAE
Atlas Guards is a Dubai-based company specializing in high-specification construction projects involving reinforced structures and specialized environments for private and commercial clients. We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong site experience to manage execution, subcontractors, and delivery of high-quality construction projects. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations and execution Coordinate subcontractors (civil, MEP, fabrication, finishing) Ensure proper implementation of structural drawings and specifications Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality Liaise with suppliers and internal team Ensure projects are delivered on time and to required standards Requirements:Civil Engineering degree7–10 years’ experience in UAE construction Strong experience in reinforced concrete and structural works Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors Strong problem-solving and site decision-making skills Preferred:Experience in high-end residential or commercial projects Strong understanding of construction quality standards Ambitious and willing to grow into more specialized projects
