Key Responsibilities Strategy & Brand Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Strengthen brand positioning within the premium health & wellness and longevity space Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints Digital Marketing Manage all digital channels including social media, website, SEO, and paid advertising Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) Monitor analytics and optimise campaigns to drive leads and conversions Content & Social Media Oversee content creation including social media, blogs, email marketing, and campaigns Develop engaging, educational, and conversion-driven content aligned with wellness trends Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting and engagement Client Acquisition & Growth Drive lead generation strategies to increase memberships and service uptake Optimise the customer journey from awareness to conversion Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve client retention and lifetime value Partnerships & Events Identify and manage strategic partnerships (corporate, hospitality, fitness, medical) Plan and execute events, activations, and collaborations to drive brand awareness Leverage influencer and ambassador relationships where appropriate Market Insights & Reporting Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROIProvide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
