At Grandiose, we are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to join our growing analytics team.
Job Purpose:
Business Analyst will partner closely with business teams to drive customer analytics, campaign performance measurement, and business growth. You’ll build actionable dashboards, design and analyze customer segments, and help shape marketing strategies using insights drawn from data.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive customer analytics initiatives to support life-cycle marketing, growth strategies, and retention efforts. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into campaign performance, customer behaviour, and marketing KPIs. Develop and refine customer segmentation, Churn Prediction frameworks for targeting, personalization, and performance measurement Partner with campaign managers to define target cohorts based on campaign objectives and business goals and Lead post-campaign analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns (channel effectiveness, uplift, conversion, etc.). Conduct web analytics (e.g., user journeys, conversion funnels, attribution) using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Act as the analytical lead for marketing stakeholders — translating business questions into data problems and delivering data-backed recommendations. Support experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and incrementality analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing/business analytics, preferably in B2C domains (e.g., e-commerce, retail, digital services). Proficient in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) with hands-on experience building scalable dashboards. Strong SQL skills; ability to work with large datasets across multiple sources. Experience with building ML models for customer segmentation, RFM analysis, Churn Prediction, Basket Analysis, Price Sensitivity, and cohort analysis. Solid understanding of marketing funnels, campaign metrics, and KPIs (e.g., ROI, CPA, CTR, CAC, LTV). Experience in machine learning and statistical modelling using Python for data wrangling, statistical analysis and delivering advanced analytics use cases Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data insights for business stakeholders. Strong business acumen and ability to align analytics with marketing goals.
