Position Title: Restaurant Manager - Shisha & Dining

Salary AED: up to 13,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A well known Arabic restaurant in Dubai offering a fusion of Middle East cuisine and shisha experiences
Job Description:
• Oversee daily operations of dining area, shisha lounge (flavor quality, shisha presentation & consistency), and breakfast service.
• Optimize workflow during peak breakfast hours
• Deliver a high-end customer experience aligned with brand.
• Monitor daily sales, P&L, and cost control.
Qualifications:
• Male, 48 years old and below, with a background in F&B/Hospitality, including Shisha Lounge operations, hotel-style dining, and café service in Dubai
• Experienced in leading Front-of-House (FOH) teams
• Strong expertise in P&L management, cost control, and sales strategies
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence
